Refunds are not available. If a product is made incorrectly or is damaged, we will make a new one for you at no extra cost, as long as the product has not been worn or washed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email within 1 hour of order being placed.
We do offer exchanges for a different size, as long as the product has not been worn or washed and is exchanged within 7 days of receiving.
Should you return a product to exchange for the design to be on a different style, you will be invoiced for the cost difference.
